To make that particular symbol if using QGIS I would use a geometry generator in which you modify the shape of your feature only for display purposes. I don't know if this is the right place for this question @tinigjeo maybe it is related to another one? If not it would be better if you open a dedicated post for it which would benefit people searching for similar answers in the future.
I think the first video of the series is very helpful in understanding the relationship between AIXM and dataset, did you see it @tinigjeo ? Do you still have questions about this that would need going deeper into it
