Hi there,
If you are talking about PinS (Point in Space) procedure it will require flight validation by an authorized flight validation pilot, PinS is an instrument flight procedure even if it terminates in a visual maneuver, you will use the same principles as per validating any other instrument approach. In this case you need a helicopter pilot that is also a flight validation pilot if I am not mistaken.
I hope this clarifies a bit more on the issue and of course, also probably if you establish a specific VFR corridor even if VFR you will need to do some sort of validation as in this case you are prescribing a path for someone else to fly unlike true visual flight in which the responsibility is completely on the pilot in command (PIC)
